Patch 4.2 & New Glyphs

I'd like to apologize for the downtime. If you didn't know blogger has been down for the last 15-20 hours and I haven't been able to edit/write anything. As you can also see yesterdays post has been removed this is because had to roll back to yesterday 7:30am. I will have to re-write that post and as soon as I get around to it will be posted.

Anyways patch 4.2 is well on it's way and if you didn't read the patch notes I'd like to simply point out something:

Glyph of Unleashed Lightning (new Prime glyph) allows Lightning Bolt to be cast while moving.

That's a new glyph that every single Shaman will want. If you haven't already try to stock up on those books of glyph mastery and sell them after or even before patch 4.2. If you're able to flip them before patch great, if not you can sell them after the p

While we don't know where to recipe will be obtained you will most definitely want to have some books of glyph mastery just in case this new glyph does come from here.

You will want to be one of the first people to have this glyph out on the market as you'll be making a KILLING from this glyph. Honestly, who wouldn't want their main damage ability to be usable while casting? Every single shaman will want this glyph and I'm sure they'll pay top dollar for this glyph.

I don't think it will come from a book of glyph mastery, Blizzard doesn't use those anymore to introduce new glyphs. It will either be the scribe vendor or research. Unless, for some reason, Blizz wanted to make this glyph more difficult to obtain. You never know I guess, but I still say they've left the book method in the past.

Careful not to overexaggerate. Only ele shammy's will want this, not enh or resto. That said, this will be in high demand for ele pvp

@anon, vince and deepcut. We don't know where the glyph can come from. Blizzard can and has been sneaky in the past, it can't hurt to at least snag a book or two for personal use rather than being left out on a great gold making opportunity

Heck the Books should be bought and re-posted for higher anyways. If you want to keep competition out and make some cash by flipping the books.

I have a couple in my bank at all times incase things are introduced though, definitely not a bad idea to do so.

If I could cast AND cause damage... that would be electrifying! What would be better would not being static, and able to move too.

Hey, I have seen on some blogs, that there will be new high-end items for inscription to craft. So you better stock up on inferno ink too.

You should consider taking the mats for minor and northrend research with you, so you can use it immediately after logging in on patch day. This will save you some time running around. You can start posting the new glyph(s?) while others still run around like beheaded chicken.
